Inland Powerboat Skipper License

Would you like to take the helm of a powerboat? The training course at Lake Hill Mazury Resort & SPA is a fast and direct path to obtaining your skipper license! The training takes just two days and concludes with a state examination, after which you will receive an official certificate confirming your skills.

A license holder is authorized to:

• Pilot powerboats on inland waters
• Pilot powerboats with a hull length of up to 12 meters on internal marine waters and other sea waters within 2 nautical miles from the coast during daylight hours

Individuals under the age of 16 may exercise their privileges on powerboats with an engine power of up to 60 kW.

Training Program:

• Powerboat handling and maneuvering
• Introduction to powerboat design and construction
• Marine navigation and recognizing navigation marks and signs
• Regulations, vessel lights, shapes, and sound signals
• Fundamentals of water rescue and safety procedures
• Basic meteorology and its impact on navigation

• Day 1 - Theory
  
  5:00 PM Lecture in the conference room (Duration: 2 hours)
  You will learn the theoretical essentials.
  
  
• Day 2 - Practice & Exam
  
  8:00 AM Practical hands-on training on the water
  
  17:00 PM Practical exam on the powerboat followed by a theoretical test (approx. 75 questions)
  
  
• Training: PLN 700
  Examination: PLN 250
  Total cost: PLN 950 / person

The examination must be registered with the Ministry 7 days prior to the date.
Minimum group size: 4 participants.
