INFORMATION CLAUSE

1. The administrator of your personal data will be Masuria Resort Investments limited liability company based in Warsaw, (address: ul. S. Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw) (hereinafter: the Administrator), with whom you can contact:

• by mail at the Administrator’s registered office address indicated above;

2. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer with whom you can contact regarding all matters related to the processing of your personal data via:

• e-mail address: dariusz.karpinski@audythotel.pl

• traditional mail at the Administrator’s registered office address with the annotation Data Protection Officer.

3. We will process your personal data in order to respond to your inquiry and present you with the offer you are interested in if you decide to contact us through our communication channels. The legal basis for processing your personal data will be Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in handling your requests or inquiries addressed to us and providing responses thereto. If you consent to us sending commercial information about our products and services to your phone number, your personal data will also be processed for this purpose. The legal basis for processing your personal data by us will be Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. your voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Recipients of your personal data may be entities providing IT and legal services to the Administrator.

5. We will store your personal data for the period necessary to conduct correspondence/conversation with you, in particular for the period necessary to respond to your inquiries. In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, we will store them until the consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing for which it was collected ceases to apply.

6. Providing your personal data is completely voluntary, but failure to provide them will result in our inability to respond to your inquiries or requests, and we will not be able to send you commercial information about our products and services.

7. You have the right to: • object to the processing of your personal data due to your particular situation – when the legal basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the administrator;

• withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, with the withdrawal not affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal – when the legal basis for our processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. your consent;

• data portability – when we process your personal data based on your consent; • access your personal data and receive copies thereof;

• rectification of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data;

• erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten);

• restriction of processing of your personal data. If you determine that we process your personal data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

8. We will not process your personal data based on automated decision-making, including profiling.
